Can a Contested Divorce Case Turn into an Uncontested Divorce Case?

In accordance with the General Assembly of Civil Chambers Decision; "UNTIL THE JUDGMENT BECOMES FINAL," the defendant spouse may retract their consent to a mutually agreed divorce. In this case, the proceedings must continue as a contested divorce case.
