What Are Bodily Injuries?
Pursuant to Article 54 of the TCO (Turkish Code of Obligations);
Bodily damages specifically include the following:
1. Treatment expenses.
2. Loss of earnings.
3. Losses arising from the reduction or loss of working capacity.
4. Losses arising from the impairment of economic future.
