What is an Employee?
In accordance with Article 2 of the Industrial Property Law (SMK);
Persons who are in the service of another pursuant to a private law contract or similar legal relationship and who are obliged to perform this service relationship against the employer in personal dependence regarding a specific task indicated by the employer, as well as public officials, are called EMPLOYEES.
