What is a work of art?
According to Article 1/B of our Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, a work is any product of intellect and art that bears the characteristics of its author and is categorized as a work of science and literature, music, fine arts, or cinema.
FOR A WORK TO BE PROTECTED;
It must bear the characteristics of its author,
It must have taken shape,
It must be one of the types of works listed in the law,
It must be the result of an intellectual effort.
