What is an Employment Contract?
In accordance with Article 8 of the Labor Law;
An employment contract is a contract consisting of one party (the employee) undertaking to perform work in a dependent capacity, and the other party (the employer) undertaking to PAY WAGES. Unless otherwise specified in the Law, an employment contract is not subject to any specific form.
