What Is the Worker's Right to Immediate Termination for Just Cause?

Pursuant to Article 24/II of the Labor Law;
SITUATIONS NOT COMPLYING WITH THE RULES OF ETHICS AND GOOD FAITH
a) If the employer misleads the employee.
b) If the employer makes remarks or behaves in a manner that insults the honor and dignity of the employee or any member of their family, or if the employer sexually harasses the employee.
c) If the employer assaults or threatens the employee or any member of their family, or encourages, incites, or drags the employee or any member of their family to act against the law, or commits a crime against the employee or any member of their family that requires imprisonment, or makes baseless, heavy accusations or charges against the employee that damage their honor and dignity.
d) If the employee is sexually harassed by another employee or third parties at the workplace and the employer fails to take necessary measures despite being informed of this situation.
e) If the employee's wage is not calculated or paid by the employer in accordance with the provisions of the law or the terms of the contract.
f) If the wage is agreed to be paid on a piece-rate or job-amount basis, and the employer provides the employee with less work than they are capable of performing, and the resulting wage difference is not covered by paying the employee for the shortfall on a time-basis, or if the working conditions are not applied.
Pursuant to Article 24 of the Labor Law;
Whether the contract is for a definite or indefinite period, the employee may terminate the employment contract before the expiration of the term or without waiting for the notice period in the following cases:
HEALTH REASONS:
a) If the performance of the work that is the subject of the employment contract poses a danger to the health or life of the employee due to the nature of the work.
b) If the employer or another employee with whom the employee is in constant, close, and direct contact catches a contagious disease or a disease incompatible with the employee's work.
