What Are the Duties of a Trustee?

Pursuant to Article 458 of the Turkish Civil Code, the appointment of a trustee for a person does not affect their legal capacity. The provisions regarding legal counseling are reserved. The term of office and the remuneration of the trustee are determined by the guardianship authority.
