What Is the Statute of Limitations for Fee Payments?

In accordance with Article 32 of the Labor Law;
Wages shall be paid AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH. The payment period may be reduced to one week through employment contracts or collective bargaining agreements.
Upon the termination of employment contracts, it is mandatory to pay in full the employee's wages and any monetary benefits arising from the contract and the Law.
Wage payments cannot be made in taverns and similar places of entertainment, as well as in retail shops and stores, except for those employed there. The STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS for wage claims is FIVE YEARS.
