What is a Family Residence?
In accordance with Article 194 of the Turkish Civil Code;
One of the spouses, unless the other spouse gives explicit consent;
* Cannot terminate the rental agreement regarding the family residence,
* Cannot transfer the family residence,
* Cannot restrict the rights over the family residence.
