In the event that the employee and employer parties cannot reach an agreement on reinstatement at the end of the mediation process, a lawsuit may be filed in the labor court within two weeks from the date the final report is drawn up by the mediator. A copy of the disagreement report prepared by the mediator, or a copy approved by the mediator, shall be attached to the court application petition.
