Compensation and Termination of Alimony in Divorce

In accordance with Article 176/3 of the Turkish Civil Code;

Material compensation or alimony decided to be paid in the form of an annuity;

* Terminates automatically in the event of:

* The creditor party remarrying,
* The death of one of the parties.

* Is terminated by court decision in the event of:

* The creditor party living as if married without marriage,
* The disappearance of poverty,
* Living a dishonorable life.
