Payment Methods for Compensation and Alimony in Divorce

In accordance with Article 176 of the Turkish Civil Code, it may be decided that material compensation and poverty alimony be paid in a lump sum or, depending on the requirements of the situation, in the form of an annuity. It cannot be decided that non-pecuniary compensation be paid in the form of an annuity.
