What Does Puberty Mean?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Turkish Civil Code; majority begins upon reaching the age of 18. Marriage renders a person of full age. Pursuant to Article 12 of the Turkish Civil Code; a minor who has reached the age of 15 may be declared of full age by a court upon their own request and with the consent of their guardian.
