Statute of Limitations for Annulment of Marriage

In accordance with Article 152 of the Turkish Civil Code, the right to file an annulment lawsuit shall expire six months from the date on which the cause for annulment is learned or the influence of duress is removed, and in any case, five years from the date of the marriage.
