Unfair Competition
In accordance with Article 57 of the Turkish Code of Obligations;
Any person whose clientele decreases or who faces the danger of losing them due to the dissemination of untrue news or such announcements, or other conduct contrary to the rules of honesty, may request that these actions be ceased and, in the presence of fault, that their damages be remedied.
