What is a release?
Pursuant to Article 132 of the TCO (Turkish Code of Obligations);
Even if the transaction giving rise to the debt is subject to a specific form by law or by the parties, the debt may be extinguished in whole or in part by a release agreement made by the parties without being subject to any form.
