HOW IS THE COMPETENT COURT DETERMINED IN CASES FILED IN LABOR COURTS?

In cases filed in labor courts, the competent court is the court of the place of residence of the real or legal person defendant at the date the case is filed, or the court of the place where the work or transaction is performed. If there is more than one defendant, the court of the place of residence of one of them is also competent. In compensation cases arising from work accidents, the court of the place where the work accident or damage occurred, as well as the court of the place of residence of the injured employee, are also competent.
