According to the Labor Law No. 4857, an employer's representative is a person who acts on behalf of the employer and takes part in the management of the work, the workplace, and the enterprise (2/4). For example, individuals such as foremen, shift supervisors, chiefs, production managers, sales and marketing managers, machinery and energy managers, planning managers, and human resources managers who act on behalf of the employer and participate in the direction and administration of the work and the workplace are considered employer's representatives.
