What is the Rule of Good Faith?

In accordance with Article 3 of the Turkish Civil Code; in cases where the law attaches legal consequences to good faith, the presumption is that good faith exists. However, anyone who fails to show the care expected of them according to the circumstances of the case cannot claim good faith.
