DO PART-TIME EMPLOYEES HAVE THE RIGHT TO ANNUAL PAID LEAVE?
Employees working under part-time or on-call employment contracts enjoy the same right to annual paid leave as full-time employees and cannot be subject to different treatment. In accordance with the Regulation on Annual Paid Leave, employees working part-time or on-call shall use the leave they have earned for each year, as long as their employment contract continues, by not working on the part-time work days that fall within the leave period in the following year. For example, an employee working 4 hours a day for 3 days a week will be able to use their 14 days of earned annual leave by not coming to work on these days.
