Who Are the Persons Who Will Benefit from Protection?
In accordance with Article 3 of the Industrial Property Law (IPL);
a) Citizens of the Republic of Türkiye,
b) Natural or legal persons who have a domicile or who are engaged in industrial or commercial activities within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye,
c) Persons who have the right to file an application under the provisions of the Paris Convention or the Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization dated 15/4/1994,
ç) Persons who are nationals of states that provide industrial property right protection to nationals of the Republic of Türkiye in accordance with the principle of reciprocity, shall benefit.
