Determination of Alimony Amount in a Minor's Alimony Lawsuit

In accordance with Article 330 of the Turkish Civil Code, the alimony amount is determined by taking into account the child's needs, the parents' living conditions, and their financial capacity. The child's income is also considered when determining the alimony amount. Alimony is paid in advance every month.
