Is Alimony Awarded in Favor of the At-Fault Spouse? - Sample Court of Cassation Decision

In accordance with the decision of the General Assembly of Civil Chambers of the Court of Cassation, docket no. 2017/2 E.; the fault status of the parties in divorce and separation cases is in no way a factor affecting the determination of alimony pendente lite. It is possible for these measures to be taken even for the benefit of the at-fault spouse.
