What Are the Conditions for the Regime of Separation of Assets?

In accordance with Article 205 of the Turkish Civil Code;

* The assets of the other spouse being insolvent or the share in the partnership being subject to attachment,

* The other spouse endangering the interests of the requesting party or the partnership,

* The other spouse withholding their consent required for a transaction concerning the partnership assets without a justifiable reason,

* The other spouse refusing to provide information regarding their assets, income, debts, or partnership assets to the requesting spouse,

* The other spouse being continuously deprived of the power of discernment.
