Termination and Liquidation of the Matrimonial Property Regime
In accordance with Article 247 of the Turkish Civil Code;
* It ends upon the death of one of the spouses or
* By the adoption of another property regime.
* In cases where the court decides to terminate the marriage due to annulment or divorce, or to switch to a regime of separation of property, the property regime also ends, effective as of the date of the lawsuit.
