Return of Goods and Debts
In accordance with Article 226 of the Turkish Civil Code;
* Each spouse shall take back the property in the possession of the other spouse.
* If there is property subject to shared ownership during the liquidation, one of the spouses may, in addition to benefiting from other possibilities provided by law, request that the property be given to them without division, provided that they prove they have a superior interest and pay the other spouse's share.
