What is deprivation of inheritance and what are the grounds for deprivation of inheritance?

Disinheritance (unworthiness to inherit) is the situation where one of the reasons stipulated by law for acquiring the capacity to inherit is absent.

The reasons for unworthiness to inherit are listed in the law under 4 clauses:

1- Those who intentionally and unlawfully kill or attempt to kill the legator (For example; intentionally running the legator over with a car to kill or attempting to kill them)

2- Those who intentionally and unlawfully render the legator incapable of making a testamentary disposition (For example; imprisoning, maiming, hypnotizing, or torturing the legator)

3- Those who, through fraud, duress, or coercion, cause the legator to make or revoke a testamentary disposition, or those who prevent them from doing so (This situation is also a subject for filing an annulment lawsuit against the disposition)

4- Those who intentionally and unlawfully destroy the legator's testamentary disposition in a situation and at a time when the legator can no longer remake it, or
