What Are the Damages Incurred in Case of Death?
Pursuant to Article 53 of the TCO (Turkish Code of Obligations);
In the event of death, the damages incurred are specifically as follows:
1. Funeral expenses.
2. If death did not occur immediately, treatment expenses and losses arising from the reduction or loss of working capacity.
3. Losses incurred by persons deprived of the support of the deceased for this reason.
