Can a person who purchases an online course withdraw from the contract?
If distance contract provisions are applied, a 14-day right of withdrawal can as a rule exist. However, the nature of the service, commencement of performance, and exceptions in the regulation must be taken into account.
If the course was never provided, can a fee refund be requested?
If the service is not provided at all or not duly provided, the rights of the consumer arising from the contract and the law may come to the agenda.
