What Is Annual Leave Pay?
In accordance with Article 57 of the Labor Law;
The employer is obliged to pay each employee taking annual paid leave their wages for the annual leave period IN ADVANCE or to provide it AS AN ADVANCE PAYMENT before the employee begins their leave.
