Enter TRY with up to two decimals (e.g. 30,000.00). A blank payment means zero. Each amount is limited to TRY 1 billion. Add only used periods; enter changed amounts in separate periods.

Method and scope

This preliminary model uses monthly comparable value × full months + monthly value / 30 × additional days. Each period is rounded to cents, periods are added, your fraction is applied, then payments for that share are deducted. The 30-day divisor is an assumption of this approximate model, not a mandatory court rule. Use 1/1 for the whole property.

Approximate rental-value model for privately owned land/buildings. It does not discover comparable rents or annual increases: establish each period’s value from evidence separately. Bad faith, occupied area, notice between co-owners and exceptions, limitation and interest require separate assessment. Agricultural net-income valuation and administrative charges for public land are excluded. This is not a court or expert valuation.
