Rent Arrears Calculator
Enter changed monthly rents as separate periods to calculate rent arrears and the balance after payment.
Calculations run in this form in your browser; this form does not send entered amounts to a server or analytics system.
Check amounts and periods. No negative amounts. Each period needs a positive amount and duration. The numerator cannot exceed the denominator; fault must be 0–100% and additional days 0–29. Provided-vehicle days cannot exceed the repair period; daily savings cannot exceed the daily rate. At most 36 periods.

Method and scope
Principal = the sum of monthly rent × unpaid full months for each period. Payments for these debts are deducted once. A month here means one full monthly rent instalment under the contract, rather than a number of calendar days.
Increases are not automatic: enter the legally applicable rent for each period. Interest, default, rent determination, taxes/withholding, service charges, deposit deductions and eviction conditions are not assessed. Instalments have separate due dates, so no single interest date is assigned to the total. Partial months and disputed deductions need separate review. Use the same net/gross basis for rent and payments.
