Method and scope

Fee base = the higher of the actual sale price and property tax value. Buyer 2%, seller 2%; combined 4%.

Only a standard sale/transfer estimate. Enter the actual price and property tax value for the same transferred share. Under-reporting the actual price is not suggested. Service charges and other costs are entered by you, not taken from an automatic tariff, and added once to the combined total. Gifts, inheritance, mortgages, exemptions, penalties and additional taxes are excluded. Agreements allocating costs between parties require separate review.
