Poverty Alimony in Divorce

In accordance with Article 175 of the Turkish Civil Code, the party who will fall into poverty due to divorce may request alimony from the other party indefinitely in proportion to their financial strength, provided that their own fault is not greater. The fault of the alimony payer is not required.
