HOW IS THE ANNUAL LEAVE OF WORKERS REGULATED BY THE LEAVE BOARD?

Workers submit their requests regarding the dates they wish to take their annual leave to the Leave Board. The Leave Board convenes upon the call of the chairperson and prepares a leave schedule by taking into account these requests on one hand, and the number of workers at the workplace, the seniority of the workers, and the necessity of preventing any disruption to work on the other. This schedule specifies the dates between which each worker will take their leave. The annual leave schedules approved by the employer are posted at the workplace. The Leave Board also conveys the workers' requests and complaints regarding annual leave to the employer and organizes camps, trips, etc., for the annual leave to be spent more beneficially.
