In case a short-term residence permit is requested due to the non-fulfillment of family residence permit conditions; a photocopy of the marriage certificate or a certified document proving that they are married (pages containing the information, generally the first 3 pages) is required. (The original of the document must be with you on the appointment day.) (If it is obtained from Turkish authorities (can also be obtained from Provincial/District Population Directorates), it must be e-signed/signed and sealed/stamped; if it is obtained from abroad, it must have a notarized Turkish translation and an Apostille annotation. In case of being a citizen of a country that is not a party to the Apostille agreement, or even if it is a party, if the document does not have an Apostille annotation, said documents must be approved by the relevant country's authorities (consulate/embassy approval and Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Turkish authorities authorized in this regard).)
