What is a confederation?

In accordance with Article 97 of the Turkish Civil Code; confederations are established by the coming together of at least 3 federations with the same founding purposes in the capacity of members, in order to realize their objectives. Every confederation has a charter. A confederation acquires legal personality upon the submission of the establishment declaration, the charter, and the required documents to the highest administrative official of the place of settlement.
